Homeless Landlord Home Again
Seattle's homeless landlord, Jason Roth, was finally returned possession of his house after more than a year in court. Mr. Roth reportedly slept in his van while his tenant collected rent from others for use of Mr. Roth's house for over a year. The story received brough media attention to King County's dysfunctional housing justice system.
