Attorneys

The company uses the services of two attorneys. Donald E. Allen has been with the company since 1982, and Carol A. Kemp since 1983. There are also four legal assistants who have a combined total of 61years with the company.

Donald E. Allen
Donald E. Allen graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in 1977, and from the University of Puget Sound Law School (now Seattle University Law School) with his J.D. in 1981. He has been in private practice since 1982 and has handled evictions for L/T services since 1982. 75% of his practice in in handling unlawful detainers, eviction related bankruptcies and other tenant problems, including discrimination charges. He has been a frequent speaker at seminars and classes on Landlord/Tenant related issues.

Carol A. Kemp
Carol A. Kemp has been practicing law in Seattle for 22 years, since 1981. Since 1987 she has been associated with L/T Services, handling evictions on behalf of landlords and property managers in Snohomish County. She graduated in 1976 from Amherst College, having also attended Vassar Collage. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 1979 from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. After passing the bar there and practicing law there for two years, she moved to Seattle and has been here since.
